2017 Holden Trailblazer — 2017 Holden Trailblazer was introduced last week, and it highlights the company new lineup to join this year auto market. Quick Nav. -> Powertrain Interior Release date table spec 2017 Holden Trailblazer Specifications Powertrain, Engine During the announcement, Holden mostly underlines about the new improvements added on this SUV and almost nothing about the engine. However, considering the fact that it is Colorado 7 based, the new 2017 Holden Trailblazer 4×4 SUV will most probably use the same engine. It should use turbocharged four cylinders 2.8-liter Duramax turbodiesel engine. It produces 147kW of power output and 500Nm of torque performance. If this SUV is using the same engine with the same power output, it will be one of powerful SUVs in the market this year. With that killing performance, market change is, of course, bigger.
Comparing to Holden Colorado 7, the new model gets the fresh and new look even though many of the details remain the same. Several cosmetics upgrade are added to achieve the new look. It includes new fascia with the boxier look that looks totally American. The running lights are using LED lights, and the tail lights get new fixtures.
The grille also gets chrome inserted to accompany other chrome detail on below part of window frame and roof rails. The interior is also improved nicely. The cabin will get premium trim for higher class buyers. Apple Car Play and Android Auto integration system are added on the infotainment features along with new eight inches of the touchscreen display. The cabin is also made quiet and tranquil from outside noise. It provides total comfort for a family ride.
